Gonçalo Pinto graduated as a Dental Technician by the University of Lisbon in Portugal in 2006, having more than 17 year´s experience in the dental field.

He practiced as CDT for about 5 years in different Laboratories in Portugal, in the areas of Acrylic, Fixed Prosthetics, Ceramics, Implants and CAD-CAM

During the same period, he also lectured as Professor in a “Dental Technician Assistant” course in “Jaime Cortesão High-School” in Coimbra, Portugal.

During the year of 2010, he was invited by a Premium brand implant company to be a Special Consultant for the Digital CAD-CAM Solutions, within the Iberia Region, where he traveled to different customer locations and events on both countries, to provide training and technical guidance.

Later in 2011, he moved entirely to the dental implant industry leaving the dental lab and becoming Digital Specialist for Nobel Biocare in Portugal, where he worked 10 years, with several functions from Sales, Support, and International Training & Education.

In June 2021 he moved to the leading company in implant dentistry, as he joined Straumanngroup, his combined experience allowed him to join the management team for Digital Solutions as Regional Sales and T&E Manager for the EMEA region.
